Functional Medicine is completely personalized. Testing and treatment are uniquely informed by your health history and current complaints. We offer a 1 hour initial comprehensive appointment for chronic or complicated health issues such as chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalances, infertility, GI issues, eczema, headaches, or chronic infections (Mold, Lymes, EBV). At the end of your consult, you will receive specialized testing recommendations. A follow up lab review will be scheduled to review your lab results and treatment protocol.

Initial Functional Consultation (1 hour): $100

*Recommended labs, follow ups, and supplements are not included in your consult fee.

Through Fullscript Journey, patients 18 years and older can order comprehensive lab panels on your own in a simple, self‑guided process. Once you choose the panel that fits your health goals and complete your lab draw, I will personally review your results and create a clear, individualized summary and care plan tailored just to you — rooted in functional medicine and what your body truly needs.

This option is ideal if you want an affordable, convenient way to get thorough testing without waiting for an office visit, yet still receive expert interpretation and a personalized plan from me.

Our Wellness Regimen is designed for those who want a personalized, functional medicine approach to their health—without the need for a full appointment.

You’ll receive:

• Comprehensive wellness lab recommendations

• A detailed intake to understand your health history

• A personalized plan including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support

This service is now delivered through our secure Fullscript platform. When given the eight options, choose “Wellness Panel.” After enrolling, you’ll be guided step-by-step through your intake, lab ordering, and personalized recommendations—all in one place.

This service is designed for individuals who have already completed lab work and are looking for a functional medicine interpretation.

It’s a great fit if you:

• Have recent labs you’d like reviewed through a root-cause, functional lens

• Are seeking guidance on specific, non-complex concerns (such as nutrient status, thyroid function, or genetic testing)

• Want clear, actionable next steps

Choose Your Review Style: 

1. Virtual Lab Review (30 minutes): $85
Meet with our provider to walk through your labs together, ask questions, and receive personalized recommendations in real time.

2. Recorded Lab Review (Loom): $65
A great option if you prefer a quicker turnaround. Our provider will record a detailed video walkthrough of your labs with personalized insights and recommendations, delivered directly through your patient portal.

Intake paperwork must be completed prior to your visit.

Every mom has moments where they could use an extra hand. As a mom of five and Nurse Practitioner with years of helping other moms, our provider offers 20 minute virtual visits to help moms with various questions and symptoms. These topics include:

- Postpartum Support
- Breastfeeding Support
- Supplements While Breastfeeding

Mama Support Visit Fee (20-30 min): $50

*Intake paperwork will need to be filled out prior to appointment time

Our provider offers years of research and clinical experience with natural remedies for common illnesses. She is passionate about helping families avoid Urgent Care and ERs by providing resources for them to heal from home.

Sick visits will include a 20 minute phone or video call with our provider to discuss your or your child’s symptoms. Then, you will receive personalized recommendations. Prescriptions and school/work notes can be provided if needed.

If a physical exam is needed (ear infection, strep, rash), this can be arranged on a client by client basis per the provider’s recommendations.

Sick Visits (20 min): $65

*Any additional testing or follow ups will have an added fee

*Paperwork will be sent to email and will need to be filled out prior to appointment time

*There is a 50% discount for each additional child/sibling to be seen in a single appointment

Many people are looking for guidance on how to nourish their bodies! Our provider is very passionate about healing our bodies through food. We offer Food Sensitivity testing, as well as specialized visits for nutritional counseling in order to learn about what your body needs to eat and drink in order to feel the best.

Nutritional Visit (20-30 min): $50

*Food Sensitivity testing will be an additional cost
